We will provide personal information in written or electronic format to transportation and accommodation facilities and arrangement agents to the extent necessary for travel arrangements.
In the event personal information is shared with a third party or the handling of personal information is entrusted to a third party, we will conduct proper supervision in order to maintain confidentiality.
In addition, we will use or provide the acquired specific personal information only within the scope of the purpose of use and provision stipulated in the My Number Act, and will delete or erase the acquired specific personal information upon completion of the social insurance-related clerical work.
3. Provision of Personal Information to a Third Party
We will not provide personal information to any third party without the prior consent of the data subject, except as provided by law and regulations.
In addition, when providing personal information, it is stipulated by contract that the recipient shall properly manage personal information.
4. Management of Personal Information
We will maintain the accuracy of personal information and manage it safely.
We will take appropriate measures to prevent the loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information.
When transporting personal information, we shall obtain the approval of the personal information protection manager and shall not divulge such information.
We will retain personal information, but will promptly delete the personal information upon completion of the purpose of use.
5. Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, and Deletion of Personal Information
We recognize that data subjects have the right to request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, etc., of his/her personal information, and if so requested, we will take necessary measures in accordance with laws, regulations and our internal regulations after identifying that the requester is the data subject himself/herself.

6. Personal Information of a Minor
We will strive to protect the personal information provided by a minor in the same manner as an adult. In addition, the consent of a guardian (person who has parental authority) shall be confirmed at the time of the travel contract (application) with the minor.
7. Organization and Structure
We appoint a personal information protection manager to properly manage personal information.
We will provide employees, including executives, with training on how to protect personal information and properly manage it, and ensure that personal information is handled appropriately in daily operations.
8. Establishment, Implementation, Maintenance, and Improvement of the Personal Information Protection Management System
In order to implement this “Personal Information Protection Policy,” we will formulate a personal information protection management system (including this policy, “Basic Rules for the Protection of Personal Information,” and other rules and regulations), and implement, maintain, and continuously improve this system while making all of our employees aware of it.
